PG&E to stand trial over Zogg Fire

Pacific Gas & Electric Co. will be arraigned Feb. 15 on four counts of involuntary manslaughter and three counts of recklessly starting a fire. The utility insists it has committed no crimes.

PG&E to stand trial over Zogg Fire

After a seven day preliminary hearing, a Shasta County Superior Court judge ordered Pacific Gas & Electric Co. to stand trial on manslaughter and other criminal charges related to the 2020 Zogg fire.
