2nd judge recuses from Orange County transitional home suit
Orange County Judges Nick A. Dourbetas and John C. Gastelum have recused themselves from further proceedings in a case alleging that the city of Anaheim improperly blocked a transitional housing project for homeless and disabled women on the basis that it does not fit in with the residential neighborhood. The state is seeking to intervene.
