Hindu group can't sue over caste bias probe, state AG argues

The Hindu American Foundation Inc. does not represent all Hindu Americans and anyway, the Foundation’s efforts to intercede in the investigation falsely suggests a link between the Hindu religion and caste, California Attorney General Rob Bonta wrote.
