Defendants added in complaint over warehouse fire in Carson

The amended master complaint alleged that Gordon Laboratories, along with previously named defendants Prologis Inc., Liberty Property LP, Virgin Scent Inc. and Day to Day Imports, Inc., improperly stored “millions of pounds of highly flammable and toxic materials” at the site of the fire

Two more defendants have been added to a class complaint stemming from a hand sanitizer warehouse fire that blanketed Carson in a foul odor in 2021.

Gordon Laboratories Inc. and owner Farzad Nourollah were included Friday in an amended complaint that already names the cities of Carson and Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, Marathon Petroleum Corporation, Prologis, Inc. and Liberty Property, among others.
