Fired Twitter workers answer arbitration demand

“Twitter is attempting to use arbitration to keep this case out of court, but does not intend to participate in arbitration with its employees in good faith,” states the brief filed on behalf of former Twitter employees who were fired after Elon Musk’s takeover of the company.
