Stepdaughter of late theater mogul loses $680M claim

A San Francisco judge has ended a six-year litigation by denying any claim of interest or remaining relief for the stepdaughter of the late Robert Naify, an owner of the United Artists theater chain, over her claim for up to $680 million for what she alleged were wrongful shares of community property kept by Naify after her mother died.
