Ukrainian family says Baldwin dashed immigration hopes
A lawsuit was filed on behalf of Halyna Hutchins’ parents and sister. A lawyer for her husband and son condemned it.
A Ukrainian family was denied an opportunity to immigrate to the U.S. from their war-torn country after their daughter, who could have sponsored them, was killed in 2021 on the New Mexico set of Alec Baldwin’s Western “Rust,” a lawsuit alleges.
