Most lawyers want to do right, says Bar ethics director

State Bar legal ethics director Randall Difuntorum’s responsibility as a leader in the professional competence department was to provide research services, such as the ethics hotline, for attorneys who sought guidance on professional responsibility, rules and conduct.
