Attorneys for former State Bar executive director Joe Dunn said Friday they intend to leverage a judge’s dismissal of some of the agency’s charges against him by moving to end the matter quickly, one way or another.
A status conference is set for Feb. 16. The bar said it is proceeding with the remaining charges and Dunn’s counsel said they are hoping to rapidly end the case.
