State high court to review Dentons wrongful termination lawsuit
Dentons wants the case arbitrated in New York, and a panel of justices of California’s 2nd District Court of Appeal agreed. But the state Supreme Court said Wednesday that it would hear the case and granted a stay of a court order that allowed the New York arbitration to move forward.
