GlaxoSmithKline wants to bar expert on Zantac cancer link

Attorneys for GlaxoSmithKline LLC, maker of the leading heartburn medications Zantac, argued at a hearing Thursday in Alameda County Superior Court that a plaintiff claiming the medication caused his cancer should not be allowed to produce his expert witnesses at the first bellwether trial.
