Saudis want San Jose judge to block discovery in golf dispute

Law firms representing the Public Investment Fund — including Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and White & Case LLP — argued that the fund and al-Rumayyan cannot waive their jurisdictional defenses.
