FIGS medical wear brand settles unfair practices suit
“Strategic Partners Inc. and FIGS Inc. … have settled all litigation brought by SPI against FIGS,” read a statement from the defendant Thursday. “As part of the settlement, all litigation between the parties will end and neither party will make any payments or have any other obligations to the other.”
Medical apparel brand FIGS has settled a false advertising and unfair business practices lawsuit brought against it by a competitor, Strategic Partners, almost four months after a jury cleared FIGS of the allegations in federal court in Santa Ana.
