Retired San Bernardino County judge joins Judicate West

Judge Bryan F. Foster said the new role “gives me an opportunity to work on a lot of different cases in a lot of different venues using the skills I have acquired over the years toward attempting to come up with some type of official agreement as to what the parties think is the best resolution of their case.”

Retired San Bernardino County Judge Bryan F. Foster joined Judicate West’s roster of neutrals based in Orange County.
