State Bar board mum on noncooperation with discipline hearing
Prosecutors of the State Bar say that Munger Tolles & Olson LLP, which represents the Bar Board of Trustees, has refused to share documented evidence that led to the firing of former bar director Joe Dunn in 2014. The submission of this evidence was requested by a State Bar judge, who indicated that a lack of this evidence could lead to dismissal for the remaining charges against Dunn.
