'Rust' producers settle with workplace safety agency

Attorneys for Rust Productions LLC settled a case the State of New Mexico Occupational Health and Safety Bureau filed over the 2021 shooting deaths on the set of Alec Baldwin’s Western “Rust”.
Thomas Van Wyngarden, a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP who led the defense, said he was able to get the fine reduced and revise the language in the citation.
