US judge dismisses competitor’s lawsuit against CoStar

CoStar, represented by attorneys at Latham & Watkins LLP, was accused by counterclaimant Commercial Real Estate Exchange Inc. of monopolizing the market by blocking competitors’ access to property listings on brokers’ websites.

A federal judge dismissed with prejudice claims against commercial property business CoStar Group Inc. in a lawsuit brought against a competitor alleging copyright infringement. The competitor countersued for tortious interference and unfair competition.
