StubHub aims to reduce class in 'bait and switch' refund case
The plaintiffs’ attorneys supported the motion on Friday and said they have been unable to successfully communicate with their clients regarding discovery since September. There are currently 51 active, individual plaintiffs on the docket. U.S. District Judge Haywood S. Gilliam Jr. will decide whether to certify this group of plaintiffs as a class on Sept. 28.




StubHub Inc. filed a motion to dismiss from a class action four plaintiffs who alleged the company implemented a “bait and switch” refund policy at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
