‘We disagree with US Supreme court,’ on PAGA, says panel
Three justices from the 5th District Court of Appeal found Friday that the Federal Arbitration Act and the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2022 decision in Viking River Cruises Inc. v. Moriana did not remove the plaintiff’s ability to pursue PAGA claims on behalf of her fellow employees.
