Prosecutors want Newsom's clemency requests unsealed
“We believe a process that potentially has a tremendous impact on the family and friends of the murdered victims should be an open process,” the public affairs office of San Bernardino County District Attorney Jason M. Anderson said in an email on Monday.




On behalf of murder victims' family and friends, district attorneys have filed motions to unseal the records of four life without parole convicts for whom Gov. Gavin Newsom is seeking clemency.
