DLA can't represent Chinese dissident in dispute with Stanford
U.S. District Judge Jon S. Tigar ruled the law firm should be disqualified because the firm was representing Stanford and a licensee in patent prosecution work at the same time that it represented a now-deceased Chinese politician's widow in a lawsuit against the university.
