Judge declines to consolidate fraud cases against Bankman-Fried

U.S. District Judge Jacqueline S. Corley said proofs or waivers of service of the summons and complaint had not been filed to most, if not all, of the defendants in each of the cases.

Plaintiffs in five fraud cases against disgraced FTX and Alameda Research co-founder Sam Bankman-Fried had their request to consolidate their cases denied without prejudice by a federal judge Wednesday.
