Judge delays OK of Riot Games’ $100M bias settlement
“I would ask counsel to meet and confer with the administrator to try to resolve [these questions] so that we have a straightforward, clear direction and information as to who is in the class and who is not in the class, so we don’t have a problem with post-judgment disputes,” Superior Court Judge Elihu M. Berle said.
