Group can't challenge ban on gas-powered vehicles, AG says

The group, The Two Hundred for Homeownership, has been a thorn in the side of state environmental regulators, filing a series of superior court cases claiming state housing and emissions laws hurt minorities and low-income people.

Attorney General Rob Bonta moved to dismiss a lawsuit that argues a plan by the California Air Resources Board to ban the sale of new gasoline-powered vehicles by 2035 would disproportionately hurt lower income and minority people.
