Jury hears closing arguments in dispute between TikTok and Stitch

Stitch Editing accuses the social media giant of trademark infringement and unfair competition.

A federal jury in Los Angeles will decide whether TikTok owes a London video editing company $116 million in damages for alleged service mark infringement and unfair competition after a weeklong trial came to a close Wednesday.
