Plaintiffs push for less formal discovery in Fairview Fire case
“The written discovery is fairly standardized in these wildfire cases and is very familiar to Southern California Edison and all of the plaintiffs, so I do believe we have a good protocol in place to handle any meet and confer to try to resolve discovery disputes informally before bringing them to the court,” said Alexander Robertson IV, representing plaintiffs.
