Jury clears TikTok of infringing Stitch's marks
Stitch Editing accuses the social media giant of trademark infringement and unfair competition.
A federal jury in Los Angeles on Thursday cleared TikTok of allegations it infringed on service marks of a London video editing company.
The verdict followed a weeklong trial. The jury rejected a mantra repeated during the trial by an attorney for Stitch Editing Ltd.
