US attorney nominated for Southern District

Tara K. McGrath is the civilian litigation attorney advisor for the U.S. Marine Corps in the Pacific region.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Tara K. McGrath will be nominated as the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California, the White House announced.

Working for the past three years as the civilian litigation attorney adviser for the Marine Corps in the Pacific region, McGrath was one of two lawyers President Joe Biden nominated Monday as U.S. attorneys.
