Lyft and plaintiffs shake up bellwether pool in sex assault cases
The parties are working to “replenish the bellwether pool” in the wake of Lyft’s recent summary judgment motion attempting to dispose of most causes of action brought by the first bellwether plaintiff, according to a joint statement to the court.
