Family of teen gunned down at house party sues Airbnb and home owner
“It is extremely unlikely that a massive advertised house party would have occurred at the subject property had the ‘host’ actually been there,” states the complaint against Airbnb and the host homeowner.




Airbnb Inc. and one of its property hosts violated a Sunnyvale ordinance by permitting short-term rentals that resulted in a shooting during a house party, claiming the life of a teenager, a lawsuit filed Wednesday in San Francisco County Superior Court alleged.
