Tesla plaintiffs want ‘self driving’ feature pulled from market

“Tesla has never been remotely close to developing the self-driving car that Musk keeps promising is just around the corner,” said Frank M. Pitre of Cotchett Pitre & McCarthy LLP.

A group of Tesla vehicle owners suing the electric car maker for false advertising asked a federal court to force CEO Elon Musk to turn off the “full self-driving” feature in cars currently on the road.
