Newsom nominates Earl to presiding justice of 3rd District, taps associate justices to 2nd and 4th districts

The governor also named 14 judges to 11 superior courts

Gov. Gavin Newsom on Thursday nominated Justice Laurie Earl to be presiding justice of the 3rd District Court of Appeal, two others to be association justices on the 2nd and 4th district courts of appeal and named 14 judges to superior courts in 11 counties.
