Athletes file another antitrust case against NCAA over pay

The plaintiffs, present and former Division I college athletes, are represented by attorneys from Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP, the firms that triumphed against the NCAA in the U.S. Supreme Court in Alston v. NCAA.

The NCAA was served with another antitrust lawsuit by student athletes, this time alleging that the organization withheld millions of dollars in academic awards from them.
