Could ebook rights loss harm Internet Archive’s other work?

Last month, U.S. District Judge John G. Koeltl of the Southern District of New York granted summary judgment to four publishers who sued the San Francisco 501(c) (3) non-profit after it allowed unlimited digital checkouts of millions of books. Internet Archive has vowed to appeal, but even some who support its work say it may have miscalculated.
