More school districts sue social media, alleging harm to kids

The case is the latest that this coalition of law firms has filed on behalf of school districts against the California-based social media companies in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Google, Facebook and TikTok face accusations of knowingly creating a public nuisance by creating products that cause addiction and harm to children, according to a lawsuit filed by two Florida school districts in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
