JUUL settles with 6 states for $462M in teen targeting case
California Attorney Rob Bonta’s office had sued Juul on behalf of the Los Angeles County District Attorney and the County of Los Angeles in November 2019 claiming the company “engaged in a systematic campaign to target underage California residents.”




California joined six other states in a $462 million settlement agreement with Juul Labs Inc. announced Wednesday, resolving multiple lawsuits against the e-cigarette company for allegedly targeting teenagers in its advertising.
