Tesla won’t comply with probe, state civil rights agency says

Tesla responded to the demands for information, saying the California Civil Rights Department had abused its authority and not given the company enough time to produce witnesses, the agency said in its court petition.

The California Civil Rights Department asked the Alameda County Superior Court to compel Tesla, Inc. to comply with investigations of workplace harassment and discrimination.
