Plaintiff says firm tried to dupe him after missing deadlines to file
The amended complaint says that BD&J, knowing that a federal court in Los Angeles was ready to dismiss the case because of the late filing, tried to tell their client that it wasn’t worth so much and persuade him to sign an agreement to accept $50,000, relieving the law firm of all further claims.
