Stone countertops cause lung disease, lawsuit claims
The complaint, filed by Metzger Law Group, names 39 defendants. It says that the material safety data sheets supplied with the defendants’ natural and artificial stone products were written in a way that concealed the nature of the substances with which they were manufactured and downplayed the possibilities that those materials would get airborne.
