26 related cases join putative class in Regal Medical data breach suit
The complaint arises from a ransomware cyberattack in December 2022 in which the medical information and Social Security numbers for more than 3.3 million patients were stolen.
A putative class action against Regal Medical Group over a network data breach has been joined by another 26 related cases in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The parties are discussing consolidation and other matters in the run-up to a case management conference in June.
