Brianna Fuller Mircheff, chief of appeals at the Federal Defender’s office, was sworn in Tuesday as a U.S. magistrate judge in the Western Division of the Central District of California.
Mircheff succeeds U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul L. Abrams, who was elevated to chief magistrate judge.
