Media owner trying to intimidate, McDonald’s says

Byron Allen took out a newspaper advertisement attacking the fast food giant on the eve of mediation.

Attorneys for McDonald’s, defending a multibillion-dollar racial discrimination lawsuit brought by television producer Byron Allen and his companies, alleged in court filings that Allen tried to attack and intimidate the fast food company with an advertisement in the Chicago Tribune on the eve of a private mediation session last week.
