Proposed new bar exam would retain ethics questions

The majority of the 1,416 comments received opposed the recommendations of the Blue Ribbon Commission on the Future of the Bar Exam.

After receiving public comment, the Blue Ribbon Commission on the Future of the Bar Exam on Tuesday provided revisions that restores testing on professional responsibility to its proposed new California-specific exam and suggests a policy for reciprocal licensure with other states.
