Newsom seeks dismissal of challenge to law on minors’ gender procedures
In his motion filed Thursday, Attorney General Rob A. Bonta denied the plaintiff’s allegations that Senate Bill 107 allows children to obtain transgender medical procedures without parental consent and that the bill supplants the jurisdiction of other state courts.
