Attorney ‘snitch’ bill passes Senate Judiciary Committee

The committee also approved a bill placing certain restrictions on Americans with Disabilities Act claims filed against business owners, giving them 120 days to address the filer’s complaint before litigation can begin.

The state Senate Judiciary Committee approved a bill Tuesday requiring all licensed attorneys to report misconduct committed by other attorneys to the State Bar.
