Immigration judge accused of sex harassment, retaliation

Plaintiff Claudia Escoto alleged in the complaint that while she worked as an assistant to Immigration Judge Scott D. Laurent he subjected her to many instances of "egregious and continual" sexual harassment, then recommended she be fired.

A former staff assistant, accused Immigration Court Judge Scott D. Laurent of sexual harassment and firing her after she complained about his behavior.
