Apartment company accused of not following law on consumer reports

The plaintiffs accuse defendant Legacy Partners Inc. of violating the Investigative Consumer Reporting Agencies Act, which sets requirements for organizations that collect investigative consumer reports.

Eighteen plaintiffs sued a California real estate firm, alleging it failed to disclose the nature and contents of consumer reports the company gathered on them as a condition of tenancy.
