Uber security chief gets probation, fine for hiding breach
U.S. District Judge William H. Orrick remarked that he gave Joseph Sullivan a lighter sentence than the 15 months in prison the government sought because the case is the first of its kind. But future similar offenses will result in prison time, he said.
