Media owner says McDonald’s not meeting pledge to Black-owned companies

Monday’s was the second lawsuit Byron Allen has filed against the fast food company. Another lawsuit, currently in meditation, claims McDonald’s won’t buy advertising with his companies because they are Black-owned.

McDonald’s was hit with a $100 million lawsuit from media mogul Byron Allen, who claims the fast food giant made false promises to the public about allocation of its advertising budget to Black-owned media companies in May 2021.
