22 attorneys general file amicus brief in Texas abortion appeal
The brief supports President Joe Biden’s administration in arguing that a 1986 law on abortion argues that the law, referred to as EMTALA, applies even in states that banned abortions after the U.S. Supreme Court returned to states the right to make laws covering abortions.
